It was hosted by CityLAB Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The talks were recorded, yet it took a while to edit and publish them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principal UX designer Charlotte Vorbeck gave a talk about transforming government with co-design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed alignwide is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Transforming government with co-design \u2013 Charlotte Vorbeck\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NaT-4Jgp1LM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior designer Marlene Kettner gave a talk on user-centred methods in the context of justice services and their application to the digital legal application office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed alignwide is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"User-centered methods the digital legal application office \u2013 Marlene Kettner\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jc_gS2kMML8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s the third time in 3 years that we have had the chance to present our work in this format. Previously, in 2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/verwaltungsgestaltung.de\/notizen\/2022\/09\/26\/talk-better-service-design-through-digital-ready-legislation\/\">service designer Sabrina Feuerherd spoke about her work on digital-ready legislation<\/a> at the Service Design Drinks Berlin meetup.
