Martin returned to the office after his long 3-week break and jumped right back into various things in his week 96 at Digital Service. On the first day, he discussed narratives for a short film, made a hiring decision for the first-ever content designer and caught up on research around digital strategy projects.

Week #95 at the Digital Service: Notes for 19–23 February 2024
Martin’s week 95 was not a work week. He did reflect on things he saw when visiting Taiwan: a future preparedness for emergencies and what it takes to change paper forms.
Week #94 at the Digital Service: Notes for 12–16 February 2024
Martin vacationed during his week 94 at Digital Service. For colleagues running a sprint, he still offered remote input ahead of it through sketches and notes. He also contemplated British road signs and local government departmental logos in Hong Kong.
Week #90 at the Digital Service: Notes for 15–19 January 2024
Martin met with various government and public sector colleagues in his week 90 at Digital Service. He visited ministries, the Federal Chancellery and had an exchange with colleagues developing other public sector design systems. He also progressed on his accessibility agenda and gave a related update in the weekly all-hands.

In his first whole week of the year, Martin co-ran a workshop that brought together the Service Standard and digital check for digital-ready legislation. He also participated in a Berlin design roundtable organised by the city-state and its economic growth unit.

Week 88 at Digital Service was Martin’s first week of the new year. He did some Service Standard stocktake, started preparing a related workshop and met to plan a service naming process.
